    The role:

    • As a Technical Professional, you will provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support support to end users (onsite and remote)
    • The post holder will install, , configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and other peripherals
    • Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments
    • Provide day-to-day support for Omnissa VDI (formerly VMware Horizon), including user access, session issues, and profile management
    • As a Technical Professional, administer and troubleshoot issues within the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
    • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and security via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
    • As a Technical Professional, you will perform basic network troubleshooting: connectivity issues, IP/DNS/DHCP, patching, etc.
    • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using internal ticketing systems
    • Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure systems remain secure and up to date

    As a Technical Professional, the successful candidate will need:

    • Proven experience in a desktop or IT support technician role
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 support and user troubleshooting
      Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
    • Familiarity with Omnissa VDI or other virtual desktop infrastructure solutions
    • Understanding of Active Directory, basic group policies, and account management
    • Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent are a plus
