Technology meets crime prevention.

As a Technical ServicesIntern, you will be providing support to projects across a range of EMSOU departments.

You’ll be developing your research and investigative skills, supporting with innovative ideas, new ways of working and looking at new technologies that can advance our understanding of crime.

Use data, research and emerging technologies to support crime prevention.

What you’ll be doing

• Communicating with researchers, law enforcement professionals
• Designing, implementing and reporting on specific projects identified by various departments.
• Assisting with the collation, interpretation and reporting of information to stakeholders

The must haves

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in a subject relevant to this role e.g. Computer Sciences, Physics, Cyber Security etc. and completed the first 2 years successfully
• Can problem solve, plan approaches and record results
• Experience of delivering written reports and verbal briefings
