Your work will take you into homes, estates, parks, commercial premises, and communal spaces — no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using pesticides and biocides safely in line with COSHH and BPCA guidance
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and producing professional reports
  • Advising residents, stakeholders, and colleagues as a subject matter expert
  • Working independently on site visits while upholding excellent customer service
  • Participating in out-of-hours rotas for emergency response (with overtime and standby payments)

You’ll be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy while knowing support is there when you need it.

About You:

You’re a skilled professional who combines technical knowledge with a strong customer focus and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Essential:

  • RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management
  • Experience delivering pest control services in domestic and/or commercial settings
  • Good knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and relevant legislation
  • Ability to work safely with pesticides and in line with COSHH regulations
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with the public
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using mobile IT systems to record visits and reports
  • Full UK driving licence
