Lead Covert Operations and Shape the Future of Surveillance!

Join as a Force Surveillance Team DS and take charge of organising, supervising and commanding high-stakes surveillance missions and technical deployments. Drive excellence by developing officers and teams in every aspect of covert policing, ensuring precision, professionalism and impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will plan, organise, supervise and command surveillance operations and covert technical deployments.
• Identify surveillance training needs relevant to the department ensure that sufficient trained personnel are maintained within the unit.
  
• You will lead by example and behave in line with the Police Code of Ethics.
• You will proactively manage the performance, attendance and wellbeing of police officers and police staff.
• You will be responsible for the development of all operational, planning and administrative staff.

The must haves:

• You must be Substantive in the rank of Sergeant (Detective)
• You must hold current National Surveillance course accreditation (Q1)
• Current Police Advanced Driver
• Passed an accredited log keepers’ course.
