In exceptional circumstances, you will be expected to use your knowledge, flexibility and innovation to ensure students continue to access high-quality learning through alternative delivery models, including remote or blended learning where appropriate.
Successful candidates should have the skills and personality to develop professional and sustainable relationships with both staff and students. Being positive, calm, resilient, consistent and reliable are essential. As part of the role, you will contribute to students’ wider personal development, helping them develop the social, emotional and employability skills necessary to succeed beyond school.
You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, Key Workers, pastoral staff and senior leaders to provide a joined-up approach to supporting students. The ability to work collaboratively whilst maintaining high vocational standards is essential. Previous experience within the motor vehicle, engineering, manufacturing or technical education sectors would be highly desirable.
