Join us as a Wedding Coordinator / Duty Supervisor and play a vital role in making Williamson Park a nationally recognised destination for weddings, events, and leisure. Your work will help the park become self-financing while enhancing visitor experiences and supporting community safety and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will oversee the smooth running of weddings and events, manage the gift shop, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service. You’ll handle bookings, cash reconciliation, and compliance with licensing requirements. Collaborating with partners and supporting event promotion will also be key parts of your role.

You’ll Fit Right In If…
You hold a full clean UK driving licence and have experience in supervisory and customer-facing roles, ideally within weddings or events. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and knowledge of food hygiene are essential. You’ll thrive working under pressure, leading a team, and embodying our values of Working Together, Ambition, Pride, and Ownership.
