Make a Difference in Lancaster
Join us as a Weight Management Exercise Coach and play a vital role in helping people in Lancaster achieve healthier, more active lives. You’ll support participants through a personalised 3-month gym programme, guiding them with tailored exercise plans and motivation to build lasting habits that improve wellbeing and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver one-to-one gym inductions, design safe and progressive training programmes tailored to individual needs, and provide ongoing support through reviews and follow-ups. Your role includes maintaining accurate records, assisting on the gym floor, and helping users transition to independent gym use. You’ll also contribute to evaluating the programme’s success through data collection and feedback.

You’ll Fit Right In If…
You hold Level 3 GP Exercise Referral and Personal Trainer qualifications, with experience in delivering personalised fitness consultations. You’re empathetic, approachable, and motivated to inspire others, embodying our values of Working Together, Ambition, Pride, and Ownership. Your strong communication skills and organisational abilities help you thrive both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
