0.6 (22hrs per week) Lecturer in English

Salary Scale A04 – A13 - £12,495.55 - £18,351.33 (FTE £20,825.92 - £30,585.55)

(It is usual for new appointees to commence at the bottom of the scale with progression on an annual incremental basis)

We are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to teach English part-time across the College covering 16 to 19 and 19+ provision within curriculum areas and in discrete groups.

Applicants must possess a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification, have or be working towards a Level 5 specialist qualification in English, hold an appropriate teaching qualification and have 2/3 years’ experience in a lecturing role within the Further and/or Higher Education sector. You should also have relevant subject expertise which will assist with the further enhancement of the quality of taught programmes within the College.
