We currently have a full-time, fixed term opportunity based at the Lincs Secure Unit, in Sleaford. This is to cover maternity leave.
Lincolnshire Secure Unit is a purpose built establishment with a very positive reputation both locally and nationally. Judged as Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, the unit provides care and education for twelve young people between the ages of ten and eighteen years in a setting that combines modern standards of design and security with a professional but homely atmosphere.

The role
Our Teams are friendly, welcoming and will support you in training to undertake a wide range of duties. Being fully integrated into every team, Business Support Assistants often become subject matter experts in the areas they support, developing and supporting best practice. You really can make a difference.

We need team players, with drive and determination. You'll also have a flexible, can-do positive attitude and a real desire to provide exceptional service.
