This is an opportunity to join the Registration Service, which is a high profile and essential service, guiding and supporting customers through some of their most important life events.
Knowsley Registration Service is responsible for registering all births, deaths and marriages that have occurred in the borough, legal preliminaries to marriage and civil partnership, performing ceremonies and the production of certified copy certificates.
We are looking for a Senior Registration Advisor with prior experience as a Registrar or Deputy and the desire to step up. You will deliver the full range of registration and ceremonial duties as a principal post holder, and provide support to both the Superintendent Registrar and the wider Registration team.
You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service within a registration environment
and be able to demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for dealing with customers. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
