What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Business Intelligence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision making across Camden Council. You'll lead a small team in managing and analyzing data to inform policy decisions, track progress, and optimize service delivery.
You'll develop and implement business intelligence strategies to support Camden's transport, environmental, and air quality policies. You'll manage a small team, providing guidance and support on data analysis and financial reporting, and develop and maintain budgets, performance reports, and other financial documents for key stakeholders.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance and digital services, to ensure data quality and integrity. You'll also engage with external partners, elected members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

We're seeking a Business Intelligence Manager with a track record of financial and data management expertise, risk assessment, and data security know-how. You'll have experience in local government and a knack for working with practitioner forums to drive best practices. Your analytical skills will help you extract insights from complex data, and your report writing skills will bring clarity to stakeholders. You'll be able to juggle multiple priorities, stay up-to-date with technological advancements, and develop dashboards that drive business decisions. Proficiency in Qlik, Power BI, or similar tools is essential.
