£24,525 - £29,268 per annum FTE
and 18.5 hours per week
We are recruiting 2 x part time Early Help Workers for the Family Solutions Service (22.2 hours and 18.5 hours per week).
Family Solutions work holistically with families with multiple and complex needs to enable them to see their strengths and build upon these to make positive changes to their lives. This will be achieved through the Early Help Worker providing both practical and specialist advice to the family as well as acting as a lead co-ordinator for any additional support services. The Early Help Worker will undertake assessments with the family and formulate a plan of intervention with the support of relevant partner agencies which will give the child and their family every opportunity to address the identified difficulties with a positive outcome. The role will also include facilitating groups to children and their families.
