The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and actively contribute to the achievement of our sales targets. If you're passionate about selling homes and providing a top-notch service, we want to hear from you!
You will be an integral part of the sales team, supporting our efforts in delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and guiding customers through the process, working in line with our marketing strategies and upholding our HEART values.
Key responsibilities:
This role will be based on site in a Sales and Marketing Suite. You may also be required to travel occasionally to our other offices therefore a car and full driving licence is required.

You will be an integral part of the sales team, supporting our efforts in delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and guiding customers through the process, working in line with our marketing strategies and upholding our HEART values.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with financial advisors to ensure applicants can afford homes offered and are creditworthy and fully understand the concept of the initiative they are undertaking. Ensure we remain compliant with all funding requirements with the Capital Funding Guide.
- Validating and qualifying customer enquiries, converting leads to viewings, at times and dates that maximise selling opportunities.
- Arranging and holding of property viewings and open days plus appointments to sell off plan ensuring adhering to H&S policy.
- Managing your sites, marketing suites and sales offices to ensure that they are clean and well presented. Carry out full risk assessment of the sales suite and development before arranging viewings.
This role will be based on site in a Sales and Marketing Suite. You may also be required to travel occasionally to our other offices therefore a car and full driving licence is required.
What you'll need
- Knowledge of the New Homes Quality Code and its good practice guidance.
- An understanding of different home ownership tenures including Shared Ownership.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to influence and persuade, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends, to meet customer and business needs.
- A willingness to travel to any location as required, depending on the current development pipeline, throughout the organisation's area of operation.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
