We are looking to recruit a Programme Manager to help deliver the council’s exciting Eastern Seafront Regeneration Programme.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to manage major mixed use regeneration projects on Brighton's Eastern Seafront. This includes overseeing the restoration of the iconic Madeira Terrace and progressing an exciting development opportunity at the Black Rock site.
You will oversee the programme to ensure that regeneration activities are co-ordinated, delivering a cohesive vision and plan for the area. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and make a positive contribution to the community, tourism and reputation of the city.

City Regeneration – Programme Manager
Salary £54,499 - £59,674 plus £2,500 relocation expenses
We are looking for a highly motivated person with experience in managing and delivering high-profile regeneration projects and/or programmes. You will lead on the redevelopment and regeneration aspects of the Eastern Seafront Regeneration programme.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
