Writing contracts, event plans, speaking notes, supporting the creation of marketing materials and promotion. Supporting finance invoicing and payments, and procurement where necessary. Creating site and floor plans, and staffing plans and responsibilities, including packing, set up and tear down. Writing and delivering event briefings.
