The senior practitioner role oversees a team of family workers and provides both personal and professional supervision to ensure the team can meet the needs of families effectively. Senior Practitioners are key to ensuring the quality of services being provided to families and work together closely with Locality and other managers to ensure that the work within Early Childhood Service is acknowledged throughout Children’s Services. The role involves being part of service developments such as new and exciting work in relation to the Pathfinders programme which looks at new and exciting ways to deliver Family Help.</p>\n<p>For this role you will be based in Bromborough Family Hub and supporting families across the South and West Localities.
