You will work within the security team who provide services for the public, other council services, schools and council buildings.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras in Knowsley, opening and closing barriers for visitors and dealing with all telephone enquiries.</p>\n<p>Alarm handling for fire and intruder systems in the borough will also be within the role.</p>\n<p>Dealing with telephone calls into he control room from the public and service users.</p>\n<p>Experience of control room operations is required. Full training and uniform will be provided.
