Following the retirement of two of our leaders, we are looking to recruit an exceptional Executive Headteacher to work across two of our brilliant schools; Little Leigh and Cuddington primaries.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate leader who shares our vision and values and is able to deliver these alongside committed academy and trust boards. The Executive Headteacher will have oversight of strategic leadership and management of two of our schools within the trust and work as an integral part of the trust leadership team.
The future Executive Headteacher will inherit schools with a strong reputation, delightful children, committed staff teams, and vibrant school communities. They must have a track record of successful senior leadership experience, outstanding communication, and positive external relations are essential, as is a commitment to the ethos, vision and values of the schools they work with.
