The successful candidate will be a key player in the day-to-day running of the school office, answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries from parents, staff members and pupils, including general administration. There will also be the requirement to support financial administration.</p>\n<p>We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and welcoming school with a strong sense of community amongst students, parents, and staff.  Candidates must be used to working in a busy office environment, be flexible, adaptable and a team player. Experience of school-based IT systems is desirable but not essential.</p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a person who:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>is organised and able to prioritise their workload</li>\n<li>has excellent communication skills using all forms of communication (email, face to face, telephone, written letters)</li>\n<li>is confident and able to work on their own initiative</li>\n<li>works well with others, has a good sense of humour and is calm under pressure</li>\n<li>has the best interests of children at the heart of all they do</li>\n<li>has good ICT skills and able to use all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Visits to the school are welcome.
