Escalating concerns as appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>About You;</strong></p>\n<p>Assistant Support roles; You do not need experience as we provide a structured induction, comprehensive training and on the job support to enable you to excel within your role and you will have the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification as well as gain experience and exposure to the wider care support Hightown offers.</p>\n<p>Support Worker roles; You will need to have previously worked in a supported housing environment or health and social care field and have experience of delivering person centered care to be considered for our Support worker roles.</p>\n<p>Regardless of role, we are looking for passionate people who care about others and have a can-do, common-sense attitude to their life and who are driven by the desire to make a difference to real lives.</p>\n<p>You will have the ability to recognize the wishes and needs of vulnerable adults and communicate effectively using different methods according to people's needs.</p>\n<p>It is important that you understand that the role involves working with adults that may have experienced past trauma.
