We are looking for a SEND Progress and Aspiration Coach.</p>\n<p>Support the raising of aspirations of SEND students by removing the barriers to learning through the developing strategies in order to secure more rapid student progress.</p>\n<p>Develop and maintain effective and supportive relationships with SEND students, their families and agencies engaged with them.</p>\n<p>Provide personal, social and learning support and guidance to individuals and groups of students.</p>\n<p>Ensure the SEND register and all other relevant SEND documentation is maintained to ensure that SEND students needs are accurately documented and are being met </p>\n<p>Liaise with relevant professionals both internal and external including Head of Year, Senior Leadership Team, Educational Psychologists, and paediatricians, SENDCOs, CAMHS, Safeguarding Officer and Social Workers </p>\n<p>About this role </p>\n<p>We are looking for a SEND Progress and Aspiration Coach who:<br>Wants to transform childrens lives;<br>Has experience of working with SEND students from a range of backgrounds;<br>Is fully committed to inclusive practice;<br>Works well with staff, parents/carers and pupils alike;<br>Is looking to join a community of schools that promotes the formation of young people into successful citizens;<br>Is an outstanding role model who embodies our core values.</p>\n<p>We offer:<br>Mentoring and high level training;<br>Encouragement to develop your career with excellent promotion opportunities; <br>A caring environment with well-being and work/life balance at its core.</p>\n<p>We are committed to safeguarding the young people in our care, and we expect all our staff to share this commitment.
