Support the raising of aspirations of SEND students by removing the barriers to learning through the developing strategies in order to secure more rapid student progress.
Develop and maintain effective and supportive relationships with SEND students, their families and agencies engaged with them.
Provide personal, social and learning support and guidance to individuals and groups of students.
Ensure the SEND register and all other relevant SEND documentation is maintained to ensure that SEND students needs are accurately documented and are being met
Liaise with relevant professionals both internal and external including Head of Year, Senior Leadership Team, Educational Psychologists, and paediatricians, SENDCOs, CAMHS, Safeguarding Officer and Social Workers
