The candidate should demonstrate experience in project contract administration and site inspections. Experience in financial management and tender procedures is beneficial.</p>\n<p>Winchester City Council have put quality at the forefront of their Retrofit and New Homes programmes and therefore the candidate should have technical experience on current Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, Building Safety Regulations and policies regarding energy upgrades. An interest and/or knowledge on PAS 2030/2035 would be beneficial.
