You should be warm, encouraging, patient and be dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for all children.  At least NVQ Level 3 is a requirement of the position.</p>\n<p>In return, we can offer you a very supportive staff team who are committed and motivated to ensure that all our children strive to our motto to “be the best we can”.
