Salary: £11.98 per hour.</p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Acresfield Academy, working within our Wrap Around Care before and after school club, Fledglings.</p>\n<p>Our wrap around care facility runs from 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks per year) The successful candidate is required to support and enhance the provision already in place. The facility is also open in the mornings from 7.45am-8.45am, hence the position being advertised for up to 20 hours for any candidate able to work in the mornings as well. Please note: candidates will be considered who can only work during the afternoon sessions.</p>\n<p>Additional hours will also be available during our holiday club provision, which is open for 5 weeks each year.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for effectively communicating with parents and supervising activities, both indoors and outdoors. Fledgling assistants will also help plan daily activities and serve refreshments. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working with children and engaging them in our wrap around care provision.</p>\n<p>The role requires candidates who are caring, enthusiastic and positive team players who enjoy working with young people and their families. </p>\n<p>Acresfield Academy places the highest priority on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
