We are looking to recruit a Senior Accounting Officer in the Finance Team supporting Children and Young People’s Services.

The Council's Finance Department is now seeking to recruit a Senior Accounting Officer who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career. You’ll join an organisation that is striving to transform the way services are delivered, working across children’s social care and education finance teams.

You’ll have completed level 4 AAT with previous experience of working in a finance role undertaking financial analysis. You will also demonstrate ability to work across teams, good oral and verbal communication skills along with good IT skills particularly MS Excel. We are looking for an innovative individual who can help build a sustainable, highly effective, service that delivers exceptional support for our clients.
