We continue to strive for more creative ways of improving services and relationships with other partners, such as the NHS and care providers.</p>\n<p>Lincolnshire County Council is committed to the principles of choice, independence and personalisation.</p>\n<p><strong><span>About you</span></strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for Social Workers who are passionate, highly skilled and knowledgeable with either several years of post-qualifying experience <strong>OR</strong> at least one year (ASYE completed) of post-qualifying experience <strong>WITH</strong> considerable assessment experience within a statutory adults social care setting.</p>\n<p>You should be able to demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and to work as part of a team, learning from and contributing to the development of others.</p>\n<p>You will also have the organisational and administrative skills necessary for managing a complex and varied caseload.</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who wants to use these skills and knowledge in a more creative and innovative way.
