Job Title: Midday Supervisor
Location: St Joseph's Catholic Primary School
Responsible to: Headteacher
Salary Grade: Band B, scale point 3 £1,602 (actual)
Contract: This is a part-time, permanent contract. This post is 3 hours per week, 1.50 hours per day covering the lunch time period (11.30AM - 1.00PM) Thursday and Friday, 38 weeks per year (term time only).

The Headteacher and Governors of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School would like to appoint a caring, committed and vigilant Midday Supervisor to supervise the pupils during the lunch time period and to ensure their welfare and safety.
Duties will include supervision, support, engaging with children and the cleaning of the lunch hall, as well as other duties as directed by the Headteacher.
The age range of children worked with will cover the full school range of 3-11 years.
St Joseph's Catholic Primary School is a large, two form entry, Catholic primary school located in the heart of Oxton.
The Midday Supervisor must :
Be kind and caring and committed to promoting a love of learning.
Be committed to living up to our school vision of excellence.
Possess sound common sense and good communication skills.
Have the ability to work and communicate with children, particularly supporting our youngest with the lunch time routines.
Work well as part of a team.
