ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team in Croydon as a Positive Engagement Worker, where you'll make a real difference in the lives of individuals at a 27-bed residential property. This unique setting focuses on forensic mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis, offering you the opportunity to work in a truly specialized and impactful environment.
As a key player in our team, you’ll contribute to the life-changing process of rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents into the community. Your role will involve providing personalized support, crafting pathways to success, and delivering targeted interventions that empower individuals to achieve lasting resettlement. Together, we'll create safer, more connected communities, one person at a time.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

ABOUT YOU
You will be a creative individual able to think outside the box to new ideas and initiatives, will be a team player and able communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and levels internally and externally. You will be a self-starter, motivated by supporting others to achieve their personal goals.
Driven to provide high quality care and support to others, will be confident in working in the social care setting and can be compassionate, supportive, and empowering to others. They will be able to form effective, positive, and motivational relationships.
