Then you might be joining a project working group to help remove blockers and support in resolving issues to move projects forward at pace, or work alongside other Programme Managers to manage cross programme dependencies.<br><br>As a Programme Manager you'll be the face of the data program and no one day is the same. You'll be at the heart of the program, developing strategic roadmaps, providing expert guidance and project leadership to the projects within, playing a crucial role supporting the practical delivery of the program for residents and colleagues . With a particular focus on helping Peabody become a more data centric organisation, you'll actively work with subject matter experts and project teams to move us forward to deliver our objectives.<br><br>You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building strong relationships across the business, particularly with senior stakeholders liaising with them frequently to deliver concise information on delivery, you'll easily read the room knowing when to push and hold back in key meetings.
