Full Time - 37 Hours Per Week - Based over multiple sites in Camden

Salary - £25,295pa

As a Cleaner/Caretaker you will be at responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning & caretaking services at our extra care accommodation in Camden where you will primarily be based and other services in Camden when required

What you’ll do

You will

• Carry out cleaning & caretaking on the internal and external communal areas to a high standard

• Ensure all sites meet Health & Safety standards

• Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents

• Carry out flushing of water outlets in voids within extra care accommodation.

• Support with weekly fire alarm testing on site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

We’re looking for someone who:

• has experience of cleaning and caretaking in a residential setting or similar role

• is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

• has a basic understanding of Health & Safety within a caretaking setting

• can demonstrate good customer service skills

• has the ability to prioritise their workload

• Has a Drivers Licence
