This post is a Maternity Cover and the start date is anticipated to be Wednesday 20th November 2024 (Fixed Term Contract).</p>\n<p>The successful person will join the existing Lower Key Stage Two team, which consists of three classes.</p>\n<p>This post is part time - Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and all day Friday.</p>\n<p>We are a one and a half form entry school, with just over 300 children. At WKPS we have 11 classes, some of our classes have one year group and some of our classes have two year groups. The children at WKPS are eager and willing to learn and the staff are supportive and friendly.</p>\n<p>We are looking to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic teacher, who can have a positive impact on the teaching and learning of the children at our school. In addition, the successful candidate needs to work effectively within a job share situation and ensure smooth transitions for the children.</p>\n<p>Both staff and children strive to adhere to our WKPS values - Welcoming, Kind, Polite and Successful.</p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this post is not suitable for NQTs/ECTs.<br>This post is a part time position - 0.5 in Year 4, job sharing with another Year 4 Class Teacher.</p>\n<p>Please have a look on our website to learn more about our school.
