We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the First Response Business Support Team.
You will be required to provide complete and comprehensive administration support, dealing efficiently with telephone and other queries, arranging and minuting meetings, ensuring an accurate record is produced within timescales.
You should have experience of providing a comprehensive administrative support service to multiple teams. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be experienced in taking high quality minutes. The role requires good teamwork as well as the ability to work independently to meet the needs of the service
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, together with NVQ3 in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience.
