Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Required from 1st September 2025
Description:
The Governing Board of The Brow Community Primary School would like to invite applications from experienced support staff to join the staff of our friendly, hardworking school, working either in mainstream or Resource Base – this will be dependent on experience and specialisms which will be discussed at interview.
We are looking to appoint a skilled, nurturing, professional Teaching Assistant with high expectations and a commitment to obtain the highest standards of pupil achievement and behaviour. The successful candidate will be able to work with children across the primary age range and deliver interventions. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to demonstrate a calm, positive approach which inspires children to learn and make good progress, can lead interventions and support children with complex SEND.
You will possess the ability to consistently support and deliver the continuing aim of the school to achieve the best outcomes for all children through inclusion and high expectations, while adapting your practice and teaching strategies in order to meet the needs of the children you support.
