Supporting the Directorate and wider Council to be well placed for new legislative requirements. </p>\n<p>Delivering practice improvement across the Adult Social Care and Community Wellbeing Directorate, a key responsibility is as a role model, providing effective leadership for all areas of practice and system leadership to over 600 practitioners and leaders.</p>\n<p>Practice Leads for Improvement provide a vital link between front line Adult Care practice and organisational / operational development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the quality of practice and operational integrity. You will be responsible for design, delivery and evaluation of practice development and delivery model initiatives, ensuring that all adult care practitioners are equipped with the right knowledge, skills and understanding to continually deliver effective practice and demonstrable high standards.</p>\n<p><strong><span>About You</span></strong></p>\n<p>You will need to be a qualified Social Worker with a current registration.
