At Willow Wood Infant and Junior school, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and

You will be expected to model high standards of teaching with the ability to take on key leadership responsibilities, helping to shape whole-school initiatives and support strategic decision-making. The role includes a TLR3 payment (in place for 2 years) as the successful candidate will work alongside SLT to lead curriculum development across the school.
