You will have the opportunity to undertake work placements in two different homes within the service working with our most vulnerable and traumatised young people whilst receiving a high level of support and training.<br><br>The role will entail working with young people who have challenging behaviours, supporting young people to access education, and undertaking activities with the young people.<br><br>Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be assigned to 1 home permanently and your salary will increase to £30,559 per annum plus market enhancement.<br><br>Working in our team will give you the opportunity to further your career through accessing further training opportunities.
