We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.
The Repairs & Investment Section of Landlord Services are recruiting for a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Case Administrator to carry out administrative functions.
You should have experience in a customer focused role; you’ll be using various software packages to raise repairs orders for our housing stock, book appointments and process invoices.
You should be confident working with minimal direction, balancing competing priorities and responding to situations quickly.
You should be comfortable communicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and the legal team by phone and email.
