Your role will be pivotal in guiding and mentoring staff as they conduct triage assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and manage risks, ensuring the highest standards of care.
As a leader, you will manage a small caseload of clients, offering both individual and group support sessions to aid in their recovery journey. Your dedication to improving health, wellbeing, and life chances for our clients will be at the heart of everything you do.
You will also supervise the DAAT team, ensuring consistent and effective practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your commitment to timely and accurate documentation will ensure that both local and national data bases are up-to-date, reflecting the high-quality services we provide.

If you are passionate about making a positive impact, always eager to learn and grow, and committed to fostering an inclusive environment, we would love to hear from you. Join us at New Hope and be a part of a team that is dedicated to transforming lives.
