This is also a role for qualified managers who are looking for a new challenge in an upcoming Borough and align with trauma informed and systemic practice.</p>\n<p>You will provide quality support to the Team Manager, whilst supervising the Social Workers and ensuring plans progress delivering improved outcomes for our children.</p>\n<p>Our Conifers Team is primarily made up of permanent qualified Social Workers, with an additional two ASYE’s that were welcomed on board this September.
