This role involves travelling to different locations and therefore flexibility is key to this role. <br><br><strong>A company vehicle will be provided for travel to and from these sites.</strong><br><br>Some of the key results for the role include:<ul> <li>Experienced in the use of a reach and wash window cleaning systems, plus traditional window cleaning techniques</li> <li>Ability to follow detailed instructions in accordance with local communal window cleaning and maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Ability to maintain all window cleaning equipment to ensure a consistant service is delivered</li> <li>Report equipment defects, vandalism and graffiti, and all communal repairs to the appropriate colleague or contractor.</li> <li>Adhere to company health and safety procedures & guidelines and take responsibility for reporting any potential hazards to the appropriate colleage or agency, making safe where appropriate. </li>\n</ul><strong> This role will require a basic DBS check and a full, clean UK driving licence. </strong><br><br><strong>A bit about us: </strong><br><br>160 years after it was established, Peabody is one of the oldest not-for-profit housing associations in the UK.<br><br>The Peabody Group is responsible for more than 107,000 homes, with around 220,000 residents across London and the Home Counties.
