The Council operates an emergency/out-of-hours service so that it is able to respond to emergencies and provide cover for the Council in the evening and at weekends.

We are currently looking for an Emergency Response Officer (ERO) to join the team. As an ERO you will respond to incidents that take place out of hours, make decisions on behalf of the council and have the authority to commit resources. 

Hours: 
The post holder will be required to be on call during nights and weekends for a period of one week at a time, on a rota basis. 

The Role:
