The Governors and Headteacher of Buglawton Primary School are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work either 3 or 4 days per week in Key Stage 2, to start September 2024. Hours of work are 8.30am – 3.15pm, term time only plus INSET days (39 weeks).
This position is offered on a temporary basis, in the first instance, until the end of the summer term 2025.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children across the primary phase and will be enthusiastic, flexible and patient. The role will involve working alongside the class teacher to support learning for all children and supporting children with special educational needs within the class. A sense of humour is essential, as is the ability to work in a team and the willingness to adapt your practice to suit the child’s individual needs.
