The Role:
Working as part of our Social Enterprises’ responsive services team, you will lead a small team. You will deliver various works including property clearance, end of tenancy and bio-hazard cleaning, removals, minor strip out works in addition to some gardening services, recording work progress and reporting using various mobile based applications.

As a Mentor you will:
- Lead a small team in delivering excellent customer service for a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Use practical work techniques to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained in an assigned area to support the delivery of efficient internal services.
- Undertake routine training and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and personal development is completed.
- Internal / external property clearances and cleaning, including bio-hazard works.
- Carrying out home relocation as part of a removals team
- Manual handling and working at height
- Use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE
- Building and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues & customers
- Working in a variety of teams under the direction of Driver Mentors as instructed by Planners & Line Managers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability monitor and improve standards of those in your team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Be physically fit and able to use a variety of equipment to carry out various manual handling tasks.
- Full, driving licence with C1 category is essential, CPC is desirable but can be provided for the successful applicant.
- Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations in a commercial environment
- Use of mobile work apps and basic IT skills
