About the Role:
Technology plays a key role in Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the delivery of the pledges made by our Metro Mayor. The successful candidate will work in our IT Service Desk team and will help ensure the services we provide are highly available and secure. The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests, assisting in the delivery of all aspects of the IT service.
About the Person:
Through correct logging, categorisation and prioritisation of incidents, the successful candidate will contribute to timely and helpful support, resolving issues and delivering efficient operational outcomes for the organisation. You will have excellent customer service skills and hands-on experience of working in a busy IT environment with a focus on resolving incidents. Working from our headquarters at Mann Island, you will have a flexible approach to work, demonstrable problem-solving skills and a determination to deliver.
