We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Adviser to join our Property & Contracts Team. You will work as part of the Property & Contracts Team providing advice and dealing with a wide range of property matters including:

You will be a graduate member of CILEx and hold a Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice, having passed Unit 9 (Land Law), Unit 10 (Landlord and Tenant Law) and Unit 17 (Conveyancing), or a qualified solicitor.

About You

- Good working knowledge and practical experience of property work
- Experience of drafting legal documents and the ability to give clear and accurate legal advice.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, able to prioritise your workload to meet client requirements.
- The ability to work as part of a team, be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a willingness to expand your legal knowledge and skills.
- Competent ICT skills.
