The role is interesting and varied, involves case management and the ability to work collaboratively with other partner agencies using your own initiative.<br>This is the job for you if you are a highly motivated person that has a genuine interest in helping people, with experience of working in a similar customer facing role. Ideally, you will have some previous experience of working in a Local Authority homelessness setting and knowledge of the relevant legislation, although this is not essential. Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English are essential, as this role requires having sensitive conversations and managing customer expectations effectively. Good written and analytical skills are equally important, therefore a GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Math’s is fundamental.
