We have seven key leadership positions available, each offering the chance to drive positive change and improve the lives of our residents.

We have opportunities which will allow you to shape the future of the service, through leading, motivating and managing teams of professionals within your field. Day to day, you will resolve complex problems, recommend solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
You will be skilled in undertaking detailed performance monitoring on key compliance metrics, as well as possess the ability to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with your field.
You will hold following qualification(s) and professional memberships:
• Educated to degree level in a related field (which could include Housing Management, Social Work, Public Administration, Property Management)
• Level 4 or 5 Certificate or Diploma in Housing, or a foundation degree from the Chartered Institute of Housing, or a willingness and ability to work towards obtaining this qualification.
• Membership in a relevant professional body, such as the Chartered Institute of Housing, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Institute of Residential Property Management.
• Evidence of relevant Continuous Professional Development
