Brent’s diversity is evident to all who visit our borough and our long history of ethnic and cultural diversity has created a place that is truly unique and valued by those who live and work here.</div>\n<div> </div>\n<div>The council is pursuing a far-reaching transformation agenda that better meets the needs of our community so it is an exciting time to join us.</div>\n<div>\n<br>The Post</div>\n<p>The post holder will develop and manage effective service user and stakeholder relationships across Adult Social Care services, including facilitation, promoting and supporting active engagement of a diverse range of customers and residents with lived experience of their health condition and services.  </p>\n<p>The post holder will work with Coproduction Champions (council employees, customers and residents) to develop a community of practice that promotes a culture of consultation, collaboration and coproduction.  The post holder will work with the Co-Chairs of the Coproduction Advisory Board and its community partner representatives to coordinate the board’s work programme, including the activities of the Board’s Resident Advisory and Inclusion Groups.</p>\n<div>The Person</div>\n<p>The post holder will have experience working on community initiatives and/or experience as a person with lived experience of a health condition and related service.  They will have the people skills and the communication skills to work alongside a diverse range of community groups and organisations. They will have good coordination and management skills to develop and deliver consultation, collaboration and coproduction events.
