The purpose of this role is to carry out compliance related property inspections covering our whole stock portfolio. It also involves being heavily involved in the preparation and delivery of compliance related investment works. In addition, you will undertake a variety of on-site and office-based activities that help support the delivery of our Asset Compliance Management Plans.
