We are looking for an experienced professional looking to support individuals with their mental health by helping them remain socially integrated in the community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident person who is seeking a rewarding role. You will have the ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills are essential.
Our team is growing in a fast-paced environment. We work together to ensure Bracknell Forest residents are receiving the most appropriate support with their mental health.
Working with people who are in distress can be challenging at times, however, we have various supports in place including a team monthly wellbeing day, Friday debriefs and a paid hour once a month to do something that makes you happy.
We are a friendly and supportive team who share the passion to support those struggling with their mental health on their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities...
- To engage with people using a strengths-based approach to assess their own needs and develop a person-centred recovery plan.
- Working together with carers, family and friend networks, health professionals and statutory and voluntary services.
- To support with development and facilitation of our Connecting Minds Young Adults offer.
- To tailor your communication approach to the individual client’s needs.
- To collect information and record data accurately on our systems.
